Luke

I just thought I would send you an update on our family's adoption of Luke, your long-time friend! I will try to get you some pictures, however he does not sit still much!
My family adopted Luke earlier in the summer when we were at the lakes over the weekend. We had recently lost our long-time dog Sabrina and our yellow lab Jake was very lonely, so we decided to give another dog a chance at a new home where he could run and play! When we brought him home we were very excited to introduce him to Jake, we were a little nervous, but they got along great and have been best friends ever since! They have decided that sleeping next to my bed at night is the best place and don't mind that I have to step over them in order turn off my alarm! Luke is extremely protective of me and it sometimes takes a minute for him to realize that my husband lives here too! He has adapted to farm living and is a very good boy, he stays on the farm and doesn't wander too far. He has become a part of the family and seems to be happiest when I give him his treat before we go to bed, or better yet when he is chasing the cats! I will keep you updated and let you know how it is going and I promise you pictures! Thank you for giving us our newest member of the family!
