Cole aka Colby
Adoption date: August 27, 2009

Hello,
I imagine so many animals come through the shelter, it's probably impossible to remember each. Still, I thought you might like knowing what became of one of them.
Back in September, I adopted a black pug named Cole--I think his story was he'd been surrendered with two other male dogs, a Japanese Chin and a Pomeranian. I learned about Cole on Pet Finder dot com, and drove down from Mankato.
Five months later, we are even more crazy in love with him. He lives with me and my 17-year-old son, our cat, and our other dog, a lab/pug mix. We added an extra syllable to his name, changing it from "Cole" to "Colby," and Colby has become so much a part of our family we can't believe we were ever without him. He loves to go for rides in the car. He goes to the dog park just about every day. He and his dog brother Bo wrestle and play and chase the cat. But mostly Colby snuggles and cuddles and snorts and grunts and snores like a middle aged man with sleep apnea. He's my little shadow, following me everywhere, and he sleeps with me every night. We feel so lucky that you thought we were a good match for Colby--thank you for letting him come live with us.
I attached two pictures. I hope they open for you.
Best,
Diana J.
